Acadian Elementary

Dear Community Friends,

Acadian Elementary school will be hosting its Sixth Annual Mud Bug Run 5K on February 16, 2019 in effort to raise monies to benefit the school. We are in need PE and playground equipment. Recess and PE greatly help students release energy, relieve stress, focus, and learn valuable social skills.  Your sponsorship will help to defray the cost of organizing the event, as well as bring much needed PE and recess equipment directly to our students. Funds received from sponsorships will be used to purchase t-shirts for registered race participants and awards. Any additional money from sponsorships will go directly toward our fundraising goal.  All sponsorships are tax deductible, a tax identification number will be provided upon reception of donation.

Thank you in advance for your consideration of becoming a race sponsor. Please call or email Dr. Monica Breaux, Principal of Acadian Elementary School or Jill Parfait, School Contact, to set up sponsorship or answer any questions. Please fill out the attached form.  Checks can be made payable to Acadian Elementary School and mailed or dropped off to the address above, please label ATTENTION MUDBUG RUN.

Thank you,

Acadian Elementary Teachers and Students
